Part of my quest to find more interesting and challenging compositions, I stumbled across this scene walking near work yesterday. It’s alongside Drexel’s Creese Student Center and a Penn parking garage; this is the scene looking down into the Septa train underpass that goes under the Walnut Street bridge.
