Snapped this one today while walking to the train. What a beautiful day… until it started getting colder in the afternoon. I hate it when the day gets colder instead of warmer.

This is actually a cover over a water meter at Jenkintown train station. There’s a rod in the middle of the hole (upper-right of this photo) to which one can presumably attach a tool to turn/remove the cover.
