From the shoot a couple of nights ago, this is the scene that attracted me to pull over and take some shots. These are the new lights on boathouse row, which are much whiter than the old ones. They’re also made of LEDs.

Thats what happens if you are not able to drive a car in the states … 😉
I like the old light better though. It feels a little more “homie”
I agree about the lights; I said pretty much the same thing after returning home. These lights are just too stark. I prefer the softer light of the old yellow ones, but I guess you can’t argue with energy and resource conservation…
So this is what it looks like now. Wish I had gotten a shot prior to the change.
