Spokes
From the state of the bicycle and lock, I’d say that someone is still riding this around. Although I find that really hard to believe.

Heh, I’ve ridden a bike nearly as bad. Where was this taken? This is a common state of repair in south east asia. I love the feel in this shot. Great image density.
Straynjer: Thanks. This was in center city Philadelphia, today. The rest of the bike actually looked quite workable… then I turned around and saw the spokes.
