This is another photo from my day-in-Philly a couple weeks back (same session as the previous photo). This one is around 3rd and Pine, somewhere just north or north-west of Three Bears’ Park (at 3rd and Spruce). I won’t mention the ISO 400 problem again. Nope. Nuh-uh.
