Landjaeger
One of my favorite meats. Landjaeger (or Landjager, depending on how Americanized the spelling is — this butcher omitted the umlaut, I think) is a dried sausage, ready to eat. Mmmm. A couple sticks of this could be considered a meal, so this “ready-to-eat” meat should feed a small army. 🙂
I was wondering when you were going to post you meat shot for the scavenger hunt.
I tried to get a meat shot yesterday, but it just didn’t work. I had to fall back to plan B, which involved visiting Reading Terminal Market. Yummm.
That’s one of the distinct advantages of working down town. I do miss that. Good luck in the hunt.
