Left Shoe
Hmm. Interesting sandal, lying in the middle of the road. I think I’ll take a picture. Hey, that looks kinda like one of Sue’s new sandals. EXACTLY. And there’s the other one!
Jorj: “Sue, did you bike to the train with your sandals this morning, and lose them on the way?”
Sue: “Yes! I called you and left a message. Did you find them?”
In other news, today’s shot was processed on a black MacBook Core Duo instead of my regular Linux laptop. There may be more of this in my future, while I’m setting up a test laptop for a project at work, and deciding whether or not my next machine can really be a Mac.
I wondered when the photo would show up here.
A little more yellow (or any other brighter color) on the sandal would make the picture a bit more lively. There are too many colors of the same kind.
Tobi, my shoes just never are good enough for you, are they? 😉 Maybe he should have tossed it onto the double yellow line and photographed it there. It’s only a 25 mph (40 kph) zone!
If I see another shoe photo in the next week or so, I’m going to assume you have a shoe fetish.
Tobi: I considered blowing the picture out completely, leaving a very high-contrast low-color version of the same thing.
Sue: I think one of the sandals had already been run over. I don’t fancy being run over with it…
Mark: Y’know, I hadn’t even realized that I posted two shoe photos this week until you mentioned it. Hmm, I wonder what other shoe shots I can find! Maybe this is worthy of a new ‘category’. 🙂
Sue, I do like those shoe(s). However, in this case they did not completely satisfy my expectations.
Jorj, I would like to see a version of the foto as you described it. Sounds interesting.
