This is the worst week out of the year for commuting into the city by train, and these people are the reason why. Many of these people were heading downtown for the Philadelphia flower show. This year, unlike most, it seems like Septa actually planned to have enough train cars to accomodate all of the extra traffic. Either that or fewer people are going to the flower show this year; dunno which.
